Full-Stack Go Engineer

Or Go with DevOps experience

We need a passionate Go engineer comfortable across the stack. Half your time will be on the build and deploy plane, the other half on the platform API and customer-facing surfaces. You'll touch everything from container orchestration to UI.

  • Strong Go fundamentals, comfortable with concurrency and the standard library
  • DevOps fluency: container orchestration, build pipelines, CI, cloud infra
  • Comfortable shipping end to end without a hand-off culture
  • Bonus: prior platform-engineering, PaaS, or developer-tools work

Observability

Consultant · Remote

Logging and Monitoring Consultant

Engagement-based, part time or project

We need a hands-on consultant to harden our multi-tenant observability stack: log + metric ingest, retention strategy, and the customer-facing search experience. Help us make the platform's signal as good as the experience we promise customers. We'll share the specifics on the call.

  • Production experience with a modern columnar log store at scale
  • Familiar with modern collector and ingest-pipeline architectures
  • Comfortable advising on retention, sharding, and multi-tenant isolation
  • Bonus: row-level tenancy isolation patterns, query tuning at scale

Senior DevOps Architect

Multi-cloud expert (Azure, AWS, GCP)

We need a senior architect with deep multi-cloud expertise to extend our Bring-Your-Own-Cloud experience from Azure to AWS and GCP. You will own reference architectures, security posture, and customer-onboarding playbooks across all three, and keep parity between them as the platform evolves.

  • Production experience designing on Azure, AWS, and GCP, not just one of them
  • Strong fluency in container orchestration, IAM, networking, and cost / quota management at scale
  • Comfortable writing reference architectures and customer-facing technical docs
  • Bonus: prior platform-engineering or PaaS work, enterprise procurement experience

Go-to-market

GTM Specialist

Take VIBSL to its first paying customers

We need a hands-on GTM specialist to run early outbound, refine the ICP, write positioning that does not sound like every other developer tool, and stand up the lightweight sales motion that fits a small team. Part marketer, part seller, part product partner.

  • Prior GTM experience at an early-stage developer-tools or infrastructure startup
  • Comfortable owning the funnel end to end: outbound, demo, close, early renewal
  • Strong written communication, you will draft a lot of public copy as well as outbound
  • Bonus: technical fluency, you can run a demo without a sales engineer for the first 20 calls
